we have been making sail boats and I will tell you how I made mine firs I hot glued two big tins together then hot glued a square of Styrofoam on top then put a tooth pick in the Styrofoam and a plastic bag in the middle and got two more tooth picks for support and then gave it some colour. and I think my sail boat will work pretty well

sail cars
the other day we made sail cars to start I cut a square of cardboard and coloured it red the next I cut 1 cm of two straws then put some tooth picks in them them then. Megan put holes in 4 bottle tops then put the tops on the tooth picks and taped them on the bottom of my cardboard then put a tooth pick in the middle and put paper on the tooth pick in the middle and finished. I think everything went well apart from my wheels they where a bit wonky.

self portraits
Over the past few weeks we have been making self portraits first we covered a wooden board in news paper . Then we found 10 words about us then we painted the boards I painted mine red and blue because they were already on the paint trey next to me. Next we put a layer of pastel on a photo of our self the we practised by getting a pencil and putting a piece of brown paper. Underneath the photo of our self then we pressed hard on the photo on every little detail after that it was time to do the proper one you grab your board and use your photo and layer it with pastel again and press hard and go over every detail again next you paint a shape of your choice and put it around the background of your board and then paint the background white. I think that my lower body went well and I found painting my face really hard.
